Thailand Welcomes Global MICE Leaders to IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2025

Welcome Remarks by Mrs. Supawan Teerarat, President, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB)

Bangkok, Thailand – The global MICE and corporate travel community has once again gathered in Bangkok for IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2025, the region’s leading meetings, incentives, conventions, and corporate travel event. Hosted at the Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld, this year’s edition celebrates 33 years of industry excellence, innovation, and collaboration — reinforcing Thailand’s position as a premier hub for world-class business events.

In her welcome remarks, Mrs. Supawan Teerarat, President of the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), extended a warm greeting to delegates, partners, and exhibitors from across the Asia-Pacific and beyond.

“It is a true pleasure to once again witness this vibrant gathering of the brightest minds and dedicated hearts from the global MICE and corporate travel community,” she said. “It is equally inspiring to see IT&CM Asia and CTW continue to flourish and return to Bangkok year after year — uniting us to strengthen partnerships and shape the future of MICE in the Asia-Pacific region.”

Marking the 33rd anniversary of IT&CMA, Mrs. Supawan commended TTG Asia Media and all partners for their longstanding commitment and contributions. “For more than three decades, this event has championed the growth of MICE in the Asia-Pacific. Let us take a moment to congratulate TTG and all partners who have made this incredible journey possible.”

She highlighted that IT&CMA and CTW 2025 offer not only “valuable business opportunities but also fresh perspectives,” with key programme themes focusing on wellness, sustainability, thought leadership, and innovation. Among the event’s distinctive features are immersive certification courses, creative gastronomy workshops, mindfulness sessions, and innovative networking formats.

“These initiatives remind us that our industry is not only about business,” she noted, “but also about well-being, culture, and legacy.”

Representing the host nation, Mrs. Supawan invited delegates to explore the Thailand Pavilion, where 22 exhibitors from Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, and Khao Lak are showcasing diverse venues and experiences — from riverfront and seaside resorts to mountain retreats and urban meeting spaces. The pavilion also features new pre- and post-event tours across Thailand’s four regions, designed to highlight the country’s wellness, art, culture, and community spirit.

Concluding her remarks, Mrs. Supawan shared a message of inspiration and unity:

“In the days ahead, I wish you productive business, inspiring experiences, and meaningful connections. May IT&CM Asia and CTW bring you rewarding opportunities and unforgettable memories.”
