On the evening of Monday, 21 September 2026, the historic Palm Garden at Raffles Hotel Singapore hosted “A toast TO THE BEST”, an exclusive celebration of shared milestones, relationships and memorable moments. The occasion also marked the official launch of the Singapore Sling Zero, a non-alcoholic version of the iconic drink, suitable for guests of all ages, including children.
Approximately 200 guests gathered under the twilight sky, with the hotel’s iconic façade providing the backdrop. The setting echoed the event’s watercolour invitation. The atmosphere was convivial from the start, as old friends reconnected and guests made new connections. The evening began with a warm welcome from the host, whose opening remarks reflected the gathering’s central theme: “To all of you here, thank you. You are part of our story, and tonight, quite simply, we are raising a glass to the people who make this journey worthwhile.”
Following the opening remarks, the programme continued with networking and celebration. Wait staff served a selection of signature cocktails and gourmet canapés throughout the garden. The refreshments and elegant setting drew praise from guests. Musical accompaniment complemented the outdoor atmosphere while allowing conversation to flow.
A dedicated photo area offered guests an opportunity to capture the evening. Individual portraits and group photographs provided a lasting reminder of the celebration. The two-hour event concluded at 8.30pm, bringing an evening of conversation, shared memories and celebration to a close.
