Travel Meet Asia 2026 Returns to Jakarta with Brunei as Official Partner Country

Travel Meet Asia (TMA) 2026 will return to Jakarta on 23–24 June 2026, bringing together travel industry professionals from across Southeast Asia and beyond. The event will take place at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue and is expected to attract more than 1,500 delegates from the MICE, corporate, and leisure travel sectors.

A Growing Regional Travel Trade Platform

Organised by Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, Travel Meet Asia has established itself as one of the region’s leading travel trade events. The 2026 edition is expected to welcome more than 400 qualified buyers, over 100 exhibitors, and upwards of 60 industry speakers.

Moreover, the event will provide a platform for business networking, knowledge sharing, and destination promotion. As a result, it continues to strengthen its position within the Southeast Asian travel industry.

Brunei Takes Centre Stage

A major highlight of this year’s event will be the participation of Brunei Darussalam as the Official Partner Country. This partnership coincides with the launch of the Visit Brunei 2027 campaign, which aims to raise the country’s international tourism profile.

In addition, the campaign will showcase Brunei’s cultural heritage, pristine rainforest landscapes, and authentic visitor experiences. Through the dedicated Brunei Pavilion, tourism professionals will be able to learn more about the destination and explore new business opportunities.

Supporting Indonesia’s Tourism Industry

Travel Meet Asia 2026 will also continue its collaboration with ASITA. This partnership supports Indonesia’s growing role as a regional hub for tourism, meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE).

Furthermore, organisers have expanded exhibition space by 20% compared with the previous edition, reflecting strong demand from the travel industry.

International Exhibitor Participation

The event will feature a diverse range of exhibitors from across the tourism sector. Confirmed participants include international hotel groups, destination organisations, and travel service providers.

Among the exhibitors already confirmed are Accor, Adaaran Maldives, Churchill Safaris, the Finland Pavilion, New World Saigon Hotel, and Tokyu Hotels.

Buyer Programme and Regional Representation

The hosted buyer programme will attract travel professionals from key markets across the region. These include Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Participating companies include WebBeds, WOLO Travel, Xiaomi, Bandar Tour, AZZA Travel & Tours, MAVP Travel & Tours, and several other leading travel businesses.

Conference Programme Highlights

Alongside the exhibition, delegates will have access to a comprehensive conference programme covering six key themes:

  • Market Insights and Trends
  • Travel and Destination Marketing
  • Hospitality and Alternative Accommodation
  • MICE and Corporate Travel
  • Travel Technology
  • Transportation and Mobility

Throughout the event, industry experts and thought leaders will share insights on emerging travel trends, technological innovation, destination development, and new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.

Looking Ahead

With growing participation from exhibitors, buyers, and tourism organisations, Travel Meet Asia 2026 is expected to further reinforce its status as one of Southeast Asia’s leading travel trade events.

Consequently, the event will offer valuable opportunities for networking, partnership development, and market intelligence, while helping shape the future direction of the regional travel industry.
