TOURISE 2025 closed in Riyadh after three days of high-level discussions, future-focused debates, and international collaboration. Positioned as the world’s premier platform for shaping the next era of global tourism, the inaugural summit brought together ministers, policymakers, investors, destination leaders, and innovators from across all regions.
Hosted under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and opened by H.E. Ahmed Al Khateeb, Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Tourism and Chairman of TOURISE, the summit welcomed nearly 8,000 registered delegates and 140 speakers. The programme focused on responsible growth, investment, technology, youth engagement, sustainability, and the evolving needs of travellers.
Key highlights included ministerial roundtables, investment forums, innovation showcases, and insights from global tourism organisations. The summit also ran alongside the UN Tourism General Assembly, creating a unique moment where global governance and the private sector met in one destination.
With Saudi Arabia continuing its rapid tourism development and its commitment to transforming the sector worldwide, TOURISE 2025 set a strong foundation for future editions. The conversations, partnerships, and commitments made in Riyadh signal a more resilient, equitable, and forward-looking tourism landscape for the years ahead.
