Eight More Speakers Join IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026

Senior representatives from Trip.Biz, Destination Asia, GSK, MGM, TCEB and leading destination management companies will contribute to the conference programme in Bangkok. More speakers have been confirmed for IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026. The second speaker announcement combines familiar industry figures with new voices from across the MICE and corporate travel sectors.

The latest group of IT&CMA 2026 speakers includes experts in destination management, incentive travel, corporate travel, hospitality, business events and public-sector destination development. IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific will take place from 22–24 September 2026 at the Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld in Thailand.

Eight Speakers Announced

Eugene Tan, General Manager – Southeast Asia and Global Partnerships, Trip.Biz

Eugene Tan leads Trip.Biz activities across Southeast Asia and supports the company’s international partnerships. Trip.Biz is the corporate travel management arm of Trip.com Group. His experience covers travel technology, corporate booking systems, supplier partnerships and sustainable business travel.

Juan Paredes, Head of Strategy, Destination Asia

Juan Paredes brings more than 20 years of international experience across destination management, hotels, tour operations and travel product development. His role at Destination Asia gives him a regional perspective on changing traveller expectations, programme design and the future of incentive travel.

June Kim, Director of Global Sales, Kim’s M&T DMC Korea

June Kim oversees international sales at Kim’s M&T DMC Korea. He works with global planners and partners to develop meetings, incentive programmes and destination experiences in South Korea. He will also contribute his knowledge of MICE data and strategic decision-making.

Wisutthisak Machchacheep, Head of Sales, Trip.Biz Thailand

Wisutthisak Machchacheep has more than 20 years of experience across airlines, travel management and corporate travel. His background provides practical insight into traveller behaviour, company priorities and the continuing importance of face-to-face meetings.

Ewan Lim, Senior Manager, Travel and Meetings Operations, APAC and Emerging Markets, GSK Asia House

Ewan Lim brings more than 25 years of experience across travel and meetings operations, sales and account management. His position at GSK gives him a corporate buyer’s perspective on policy, employee needs, cost control and travel programme performance.

Sumate Sudasna, Chief Resilience Officer, Conference & Destination Management

Sumate Sudasna is one of Thailand’s most experienced business events professionals. He has worked in the industry for more than three decades and has played a prominent role in the development of Thailand’s incentive travel and convention sectors.

Dr Supawan Teerarat, President, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau

Dr Supawan Teerarat leads the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau. TCEB supports the development and international promotion of Thailand as a destination for meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions. Dr Supawan will also participate in the event’s opening programme.

Cindy Lui, Vice President – Resort Sales, MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI

Cindy Lui represents two of Macau’s leading integrated resorts. Her experience covers luxury hospitality, resort sales and the international MICE market. MGM MACAU and MGM COTAI offer accommodation, entertainment, dining and event facilities for meetings and incentive groups.

Speakers Address Key Industry Issues

Several members of the new line-up will contribute to sessions already announced in the official conference programme.

“The New MICE Demography: Reshaping Incentive Travel for Multi-Generational Travellers” will feature Cindy Lui, Sumate Sudasna and Juan Paredes. The session will examine how planners can create incentive programmes for participants from different generations.

Traditional luxury remains important. However, younger professionals increasingly expect cultural immersion, sustainability and experiences with a strong connection to the destination.

“Corporate Travel for the Ages” will bring together Eugene Tan and Ewan Lim. The discussion will consider how companies can manage travel for a workforce spanning several generations. It will also examine flexibility, wellbeing, productivity and the business value of corporate travel.

June Kim will present “INSIDE MICE: Trends and Data for Strategic Decision-Making”. Hosted by the Global MICE Collaborative, the session will explore market trends, emerging opportunities and the use of industry data.

Wisutthisak Machchacheep will join the opening keynote panel, “The Psychology of Meetings & Corporate Travel: Why We Travel. Why We Meet. Why It Matters.” The discussion will examine why people continue to travel and meet in person during a period of rapid technological change.

Dr Supawan Teerarat will deliver welcome remarks and contribute to the opening programme as TCEB strengthens Thailand’s position in the international business events market.

IT&CMA and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026

IT&CMA brings together destinations, convention bureaux, hotels, venues, airlines, cruise companies and destination management specialists. CTW Asia-Pacific focuses on corporate travel management and the needs of business travel decision-makers.

The combined event includes pre-scheduled appointments, educational sessions, destination presentations and networking functions.
