The programme offers a nightly trio of experiences. Gourmet Discovery presents once-in-a-lifetime collaborations between global icons — pairings never seen before and never to be repeated. Gourmet Encounters brings together world-famous chefs with Thailand’s most celebrated culinary talent in a spirit of cultural exchange. Gourmet Icons allows guests to experience solo tasting menus from international legends, each a master’s vision in full. Daytime programming includes panel discussions, masterclasses, wine and mixology experiences, and an afternoon tea hosted by Asia’s leading dessert visionary, Janice Wong. The week will open with a grand ballroom soiree and close with a celebratory brunch at Parichart Court.

Anantara Siam’s acclaimed restaurants will be transformed into festival stages each evening. Shintaro will host refined Japanese menus by Choi Ming Fai Jan, Jimmy Ophorst, and Peter Cường Franklin. Madison, the hotel’s chic steakhouse, will present bold collaborations such as Dave Pynt with Prin Polsuk and Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn with Vaughan Mabee. Biscotti, the Italian institution, will be reimagined with avant-garde menus by Grégoire Berger, Francesco Stara, and Pichaya “Pam” Soontornyanakij. Spice Market will host the rare six-hands dinner of Eric Vildgaard with Mathias and Thomas Sühring. Guilty, the stylish Peruvian-inspired hotspot, will showcase Paco Méndez, Francisco Araya, Santiago Fernandez, and daring crossovers with DK Khosla and Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam. The Lobby Lounge will transform into a temple of indulgence for Janice Wong’s immersive dessert creations, blurring the line between art and gastronomy.

Highlights of the week include the collaboration between three-Michelin-star chef Eric Vildgaard of Jordnær (Copenhagen) and two-Michelin-star chefs Mathias and Thomas Sühring of Sühring (Bangkok), and a headline dinner pairing Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn of Le Du and Nusara (Bangkok) with Vaughan Mabee of Amisfield (New Zealand), recognised as one of the most exciting culinary voices on the global stage.

The 25th edition introduces several firsts: the highest number of Michelin-starred chefs in the festival’s history, the largest gathering of World’s 50 Best restaurants ever to cook in Thailand within a single week, expanded sustainability-driven menus from Green Star chefs, and a new series of panel talks and workshops to inspire Thailand’s next generation of culinary professionals. Pricing ranges from THB 1,800 to THB 18,500, ensuring accessibility for a broader audience while retaining world-class excellence.

Hosted at the iconic Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel, a heritage landmark renowned for timeless Thai hospitality and contemporary elegance, the World Gourmet Festival has welcomed more than 150 Michelin-starred chefs since its inception and continues to play a pivotal role in positioning Bangkok as a global gastronomic capital.
